Tokyo Street Parking
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2, 2026
Tokyo Street Parking is a private map notebook. This policy explains how saved content syncs through Apple iCloud and how Apple and Google services may process information.
1. Information you save
Saved locations, titles, addresses, notes, favorites, lists, and photos are stored on your device and sync privately through your iCloud account using Apple CloudKit. The developer does not operate an account system or backend that receives this content. Photos are resized locally, and image metadata is removed from the app's stored copy.
2. Maps, location, and search
The app uses Apple MapKit for maps, place search, and directions. If you grant location permission, iOS and Apple services may process your location to show your position and nearby results. Location permission is optional and can be changed in iOS Settings.
3. Advertising and privacy choices
The free version uses Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform. Depending on your consent choices and region, Google and its advertising partners may process coarse location, device identifiers, product interaction, advertising data, crash data, performance data, and other diagnostics to provide, measure, secure, or personalize ads. The app requests applicable privacy choices before loading ads. When required, you can reopen Advertising Privacy Choices from the app's Info screen.
4. Tracking permission
Where applicable, iOS may show Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You may choose Ask App Not to Track and continue using the app. Advertising may still be shown without access to the advertising identifier.
5. Purchases
The optional Remove Ads purchase is processed by Apple through StoreKit. The developer receives purchase entitlement status needed to unlock the feature, but does not receive your full payment-card details.
6. Retention and deletion
You control saved app content. Deleting a place or list in the app syncs that deletion through iCloud. Deleting the app removes its local copy; synced content may remain in iCloud and on other devices until you delete it through the app or your iCloud settings. Apple and Google retain service data according to their own policies and legal obligations.
7. Sharing and sale
The developer does not sell your saved places, notes, or photos and does not receive them through a developer-operated server. Private sync is handled by Apple iCloud. Information processed by Apple or Google is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
8. Children
The app is not directed to children under the age required to consent to data processing in their country. Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of location and advertising features.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated when app features or service providers change. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.
10. Contact
Questions or privacy requests may be sent to yonghao.jyh1@gmail.com.
